Labelling key
Two labels appear across this site, and they mean different things:
- Referral partner — property and financing partners. We're paid only if your enquiry leads to a completed transaction.
- Sponsored — tools, courses, general affiliate links, partner e-books, paid placements and display ads. We may be paid on a click or signup.
You may also see Advertisement (a paid placement with no editorial input from us) and Amsi's pick (our own genuine recommendation, which may still carry a referral or affiliate link).
Our partners
Our first confirmed partner is Palmera Elite Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C. (RERA Licence Dubai 40780, Trade Licence 1306924), covering UAE, Oman, Georgia and Cyprus. We're paid 30% of Palmera's net commission, only on completed off-plan purchases from a developer Palmera markets — never on resale or private-seller deals.

We choose partners based on reliability, trustworthiness, and prior business experience together.

Amsi Spaces is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, lender or financial adviser in any jurisdiction. We never negotiate on your behalf, never represent you in a transaction, and never touch your funds.
